Variegated Ficus triangularis is a super tough and easy to care for indoor plant. This variegated form is hard to find but stable and very gorgeous. This is Ficus triangularis variegata (syn Ficus natalensis subsp. leprieurii ‘Variegata’); this is NOT Ficus deltoidea (as is sometimes wrongly named here in Australia) that is a totally different plant with much more rounded leaves than the gorgeous triangle shaped leaves of this plant.
So if you are looking for something unique, this may well be the plant for you. The Mother plant we have taken our cuttings from has been a pot plant for over 30 years! And that is a close up of it in the photo.
Indoor experts often recommend this pretty ficus plant – “it is a great plant for beginners. It grows well indoors and is not overly fussy”.
It will enjoy bright light, and we recommend that you use a good quality, free draining mix. We will provide growing notes but this one is pretty tough! The main thing is not to keep it too wet.
We have grown these Variegated Ficus triangularis from cuttings and they are fully rooted and growing in their 100mm pots – see ruler for sizes. You will receive a plant very similar to the ones pictured – The Odd Spot Team will select a nice one for you.
We will post IN THE POT and the price Includes Express Post.
