Odd Spot Plants wants you to love your plant as much as we do. If for some reason you are unhappy with your plants/order please get in touch straight away by filling in our contact form. 

If your plants arrive a little wilted, which is to be expected after travel, give them a water with Seasol (or similar) as per manufacturer’s directions. If badly wilted, water with Seasol and then leave the pot in a saucer of Seasol (or whatever you prefer) for a couple hours and it should re-hydrate. We also recommend no re-potting or further stresses for two weeks from delivery. Let the plant settle into its new surrounds before any more disturbance.

On the rare chance that your plant is damaged in the delivery process please fill in our contact form with photos within 24 hours of delivery. Once we receive your email and photos we can determine the best solution and talk you through options. 

If we do not hear from you within 24 hours of delivery we will assume they arrived safe and well and cannot be held responsible for their health once they are in the care of their new owner. If you have any concerns with your new plant, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help you out.

Please note Odd Spot Plants will not be held liable for any damage (or deteriorating conditions) caused to your plant if it spends a prolonged period awaiting collection from a collection point. It is the customer’s responsibility to either make sure someone is home to accept delivery or request authority to leave or pick up your order from the collection point as soon as possible.

Odd Spot Plants will not accept any responsibility for customer’s incorrect information being entered at time of order, please take care to ensure we hold your correct information prior to placing an order. 

To make changes to orders and delivery information please contact us via our contact form as soon as possible to avoid any delays or charges. However, we are unable to cater for change of mind.
