Last year was fantastic, so we have decided to attend more select Plant Markets and Fairs in 2024. So keep an eye out for us at your favourite Queensland Plant Market. We are excited to get to meet you – so if you have a favourite market you think we should attend – let us know.

And when attending a Queensland Plant Fair be sure to come by and say ‘hi’ as it’s nice to have a face to many of the familiar names that buy from us regularly.

And for those that have never seen our plants or bought from us, this is your opportunity to come and meet us; and see what all the fuss is about these “Odd Spot Plants”.

What will we have available at the 2024 Plant Sales?

We will have a wide range of rare plants. And each Market will be different depending on time of year. We will provide a comprehensive list for each plant market the week before each event but they will all include

March 16 &17; 2024 – Bromeliad & TROPICALS  Sale

Saturday and Sunday; 16 & 17 March are the dates for this incredible Plant Market at the Belmont Shooting Complex (Qld).

There will be heaps of Bromeliads of all shapes and sizes including Air Plants AND there will be a huge array of indoor foliage plants and garden plants. More details about this Plant Sale here.

We will take a wide range of plants, many of which we don’t sell on the website – information of our plants we will take will be published closer to date. (And this year will see LOTS of new plants on our tables AND hanger!)

And I know all your other favourite sellers will be there as well.

A great way for our amazing customers that live on the South side of Brisbane to come and say hi.

18 & 19 May 2024 – Pine Rivers Garden and Plant Fair

May 18 & 19 are the unoffical dates – we will confirm as soon as we here more.

This Plant Market is HUGE and held at the Pine Rivers Showgrounds, 757 Gympie Rd, Lawnton QLD.

It’s not a market really more of a ‘Plant Event’.  There will be guest speakers, entertainment, display gardens, free garden plants and give aways.  It’s a huge two-day event. 

About 5,000 people attend over the two days and the organisers assured me “We do keep the plant sellers to a high standard”.

This was a fantastic market last year and we look forward to everyone coming back in 2024.

4 & 5 & 6 & 7 July 2024 – Queensland Garden & Plant Expo

The BIG one. And in 2024 even BIGGER with 4 days.

This is the annual NGIQ (Nursery Growers Industry Qld) Plant Expo where hundreds of stall holders set up at the Nambour Showgrounds for 4 days of “Plants”.

As I write this, it is currently October 2023 and we are already planning for this event – it is EPIC.

We will be in one of the undercover pavilions – hopefully in the same spot as last year – but we will keep you posted. So no matter the weather, we will be high and dry; and ready to help you find that dream plant.

Sept 2024 – Brom & MORE  Sale

Date for 2024 to be advised.

A fun and relaxed plant sale at Genesis Christian College (In the Sports Hall), Youngs Crossing Rd, Bray Park Queensland.

There will be heaps of Bromeliads, all your favourites including Tillandsia those amazing ‘Air Plants’. AND there will be heaps of rare and interesting Indoor Plants.

We will take a wide range of plants, many of which we don’t sell on the website. We will add a list closer to the date.

And I know there will be other Indoor plant Sellers there too.

Organised by the Qld Bromeliad Society.

5 October 2024 – Maleny Garden Club Spring Fair

We have an unconfirmed date at the 5 October 2024.

A large Plant Market held UNDERCOVER at the Maleny Showground Pavilion, Maleny Stanley River Rd, Maleny, Queensland.

Lots of Plants and Produce Stalls. A fantastic day out and great time of the year to visit the Hinter

All your favourite plants stalls will be there PLUS as a bonus this year, there will be Odd Spot Plants 😊

We are INSIDE the Pavilion – so no matter the weather, you can find your Dream Plant.

We will take a wide range of plants, many of which we don’t sell on the website – List of plants provided closer to date.

November 2024 – Tropical Foliage Festival

Date for 2024 to be advised.

This is an EPIC Plant Market at the Belmont Shooting Complex. ALL the market is UNDERCOVER!

There will be heaps of different plants – we alone will have over 230 plants covering at least 23 Genus and 60+ species/cultivars. We propagate our own plants from seed and cuttings; we don’t use Tissue Culture and therefore much of what we will bring – you won’t find on our website nor at your local nursery.

And I know there will be other Indoor plant Sellers there too & sellers of all types of plants.

A great way for our amazing customers that live on the South side of Brisbane to come and say hi.  Held by the International Cordyline Society.

11 November 2024 – Trop Plant Spectacular

So thrilled that Jordan of “The Tropic Gardener” has invited us back to the “Tropic Plant Spectacular” on 11th November 2024 at the Mount Coot-Tha Auditorium, Mount Coot-Tha Botanical Gardens, 152 Mount Coot-Tha Rd, Mount Coot-Tha QLD 4066.

This is the perfect venue for the “Voted the The best plant show in SE Qld to visit”.
