1. Promoter

This giveaway is conducted by Odd Spot Plants, Queensland, Australia.

2. Eligibility

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over, excluding residents of Western Australia, the Northern Territory and Tasmania due to shipping restrictions.

Employees of Odd Spot Plants and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

3. Competition Period

Entries open at 2 June 2026 8pm AEST and close at 15 June 2026 8pm AEST.

Entries received outside this period will not be included.

4. How to Enter

To enter, participants must:

• Follow Odd Spot Plants on the platform on which they enter;
• Like the giveaway post; and
• Leave a comment on the giveaway post in accordance with the entry instructions.

This giveaway is conducted across Facebook and Instagram as one combined promotion.

Participants may enter via Facebook, Instagram, or both platforms.

A bonus entry will be awarded to entrants who are subscribed to the Monstera ‘Aussie Dream’ waitlist before the close of the competition. Odd Spot Plants reserves the right to determine whether an entrant can be reasonably matched to the waitlist.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive one (1) Monstera ‘Aussie Dream’ plant.

The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

6. Winner Selection

The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the promotional period.

The draw may be conducted using a third-party giveaway tool, spreadsheet-based random selection process, or another random draw method determined by Odd Spot Plants.

Odd Spot Plants reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant before awarding a prize.

Odd Spot Plants will endeavour to conduct the draw within 3 days of the end of the competition.

7. Winner Notification

The winner will be contacted via Facebook or Instagram direct message within seven (7) days of the draw.

If the winner does not respond within seven (7) days, cannot be contacted, or is found to be ineligible, a redraw may occur.

8. General

Odd Spot Plants reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, provides false information, or breaches these Terms & Conditions.

The decision of Odd Spot Plants is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Personal information collected for the purpose of this giveaway will only be used to administer the competition and contact the winner.
